Lasers and cutting machines can be used to make a wide variety of projects. These are examples of some of the projects I have cut primarily with a Glowforge laser. There are a few projects at the bottom of the gallery that were cut with a Cricut Maker and that is noted in the description. I give credit to all the masterful pattern designers in the descriptions.

Drunkard's Path Laser Cut Pieces
The shapes in this block are called a pie and a crust. It can be arranged in many different ways to create all sorts of patterns.

The laser can cut the snips in the concave curve and notches in the edges to align the seams perfectly.

Grace's Cello Quilt
This quilt was made by my mother, for my daughter. This contains Drunkard's Path blocks in the corners and around the Cello. She loves a challenging pattern to sew, but has difficulty with the cutting.

The cello and musical notes are paper pieced (not laser cut but they could be). The Drunkard's Path pie shapes that run diagonal are fussy cut using the laser, which is not fun. If you look closely you will see frogs playing stringed instruments.
Digital Design of Easy Sampler Lap Quilt
This will be available as an SVG design and cutting plan. It uses just 3 fabrics for the blocks so fabric choices are made easy.

Five Pointed Star Block
Five pointed stars are difficult to cut and piece manually. All the angles are odd. Most quilters would use the foundation paper piecing method but laser cutting makes it possible to use traditional piecing methods.

My mother made this quilt for my niece. The center is a panel. She added red and white stripes and 34 pieced 5-pointed star around the panel.
