Enjoy the luxury of starting to sew as soon as the kit arrives at your door.  The design, fabric selection, and nearly all the cutting has been done for you.  The kit includes all laser-cut shapes for the main part of the quilt, 16" x 42" of border fabric and 12" x 42" of binding fabric, and, as a bonus, 6 laser-cut quilt stencils.  To finish this quilt you will need batting and a backing fabric.  The finished quilt measures about 36" x 36".  I've used the double wedding ring pattern in a diagonal orientation to create 5 intersecting Ives Color wheels cut from 25 different colors (24 pure colors + Raven (black) in the corners) using Hoffman Bali Watercolors.  Great to display in your creative space.  Your choice of background fabric - Sample is made with Oyster.  Your choice of binding fabric - the sample is made with Crocus.  Read instructions in advance by printing them under the Designs tab: Pieced: Color Wheel Double Wedding Ring.  The shape designs are unique in the quilting community and include special features that assist the quiltmaker in sewing the most accurate seams, sharper points, and flatter tops.    Shape designs can be reviewed under the Laser Learning tab: LCMQ Design Features.  Cluck Cluck Sew brand Diagonal Seam Tape is highly recommended.   Want a special size or color scheme?  Contact me.
